My recipe is the following tuna, mayo and pickle relish. The proportion? I don't know and it doesn't matter. Just mix it to your taste. Then, I use 100% wheat bread. Now, I see from your recipe you added a nice touch and that is pieces of spinach, hmmmmmmmm. And pepper? You like bits of spices? I will try that, too. And other condiments.
