A Truly Vegetarian Dish

Healthy and Hearty...

2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp skinless peanuts, roasted
3 cloves minced garlic,
1 medium onion, sliced
1 pack cubed firm tofu
handful of snow peas
1 small carrot, sliced thinly
half napa cabbage, sliced

Heat oil. Sautee garlic, onion, peanuts. Add tofu and veggies and cook for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
